There is a [https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/60578 PR] that recently changed the departments of Assistants, and Prisoners.<br />
<br />
"Assistants and prisoners are no longer included in the service department. [...] I opted for making them simply have no department assigned."<br />
<br />
Should we:<br />
* remove them from the Service section and into a new "Unassigned" line,<br />
* keep them in Service to avoid a two-role category,<br />
